- If you would like a claim filed on your behalf please sign the retainer agreement. Up to four people can sign the same retainer agreement.
- Please fill out the information on the retainer agreement.
- ONLY the last 4 digits of your social security number are needed.
- Claimants must be living and at least 18 years of age.
- Anybody…spouses, friends and relatives may take advantage of this offer.
- Any line of credit may be used, (mortgages, car loans, student loan, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Sears, Lowes, Home Depot., JC Penney, etc.).
- The same line of credit can be used by two people if they are both on the account.
- Only one credit card or line of credit needs to be listed for each person.
- As long as the account was open during the period from January 1, 1987 through May 28, 2008, a closed line of credit or credit card may be used.
- Our Closing date for the Claim is January 30, 2010.
- We cannot guarantee any recovery, the amount of a recovery or the timing of the recovery. We can guarantee we will do our best.
